Clare - Kilrush - Return of All Court Sittings to Kilrush Courthouse

Please be advised that all sittings of Kilrush District and Circuit Court will return to the Courthouse, Kilrush, Co. Clare with effect from Tuesday the 12th of April, 2022.

All cases previously adjourned to Kilrush District / Circuit Court sitting in Ennis will now be listed at Kilrush District / Circuit Court sitting in Kilrush.

The administration of the Kilrush Courts remains unchanged. All Court documents should be lodged with Ennis Court Office.
